Classically trained in Italy, chef Lorenzo Buccarini’s international career has seen him work in kitchens everywhere from the the Bahamas to Turkey, Bali to Morocco.
After working for Disney Cruise line, Buccarini joined La Petite Maison before becoming head chef at Marrakech’s renowned L’italien, working closely with chef Jean George.
Seeking new challenges, he moved to Dubai to take up the role of head chef at Nammos, before leaving to become executive chef at L’Amo Bistro del Mare at the Dubai Harbour Yacht Club, where his menu focusses on seasonal Italian ingredients.
